1. Purpose
Health for Pets is a pet health tracking app: treatments, reminders, vaccines, parasite protection, measurements and documents. By installing or using the app, you accept these terms.

- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for keeping your device secure.
- You must have the legal capacity to accept these terms.
- You may delete your account at any time: Settings → Account → Delete my account.
4. Care+ subscription
- Care+ unlocks unlimited pets and family sync.
- Subscriptions are sold and billed by Apple through the App Store (€4.99/month or €39.99/year, with a 7-day free trial where applicable).
- Renewal is automatic unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, from your Apple account settings.
- Purchase management and refunds are governed by Apple's terms.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to access other households' data, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its interface and its content are protected. The data you enter remains yours; you grant us only the rights needed to sync and back it up.
7. Availability and liability
We strive to keep the service available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on the information shown.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time. We may suspend an account in case of serious breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
